We understand it can be difficult to get the right size when you buy online, so you can return the item for an exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of receipt, including sale items. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return unless the item is faulty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging i.e. swing tag still attached and shoes in shoe boxes in original condition. The item must be in a saleable condition.
To complete your return, please print out the confirmation email as proof of purchase and bring it with you to one of our stores or send it with the item.
Faulty or wrong item delivered
We carefully check every garment before delivery, but if you do receive a faulty item, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a repair, replacement or refund.
If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we apologize and are happy to exchange the item at no extra cost.

If you suspect the item was damaged during delivery, please keep the original packaging it came in and phone or email us immediately.
Worn, altered or damaged garments may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. Underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will process your refund within the next few days.
